A month of stay (30 nights) costs from €810 instead of €1010, a 20% discount. Utilities are included, and during power outages water, heating, internet and lights keep working. The minimum stay is 30 nights, and each month is paid in advance.

The price per night is multiplied by 30 nights, and a 20% discount is subtracted from the result. For example, for the most affordable apartment, 30 nights cost €1010 at the regular rate and €810 under the winter offer.

What is included in the price?

Utilities are included in the price of the stay. This covers electricity, heating, water, Wi-Fi and backup power: there are no separate bills for the month.

How are the apartments heated in winter?

Central gas heating, heated floors and radiators; a wood-burning fireplace only in apartments N1–N4.

What works during power outages?

During power outages, hot and cold water, heated floors, radiators, internet and lighting keep working. Power is provided by a DEYE hybrid inverter and lithium batteries, and the water reserve on site is 4 tonnes.

How often are cleaning and linen changes done?

Cleaning every 3 days, linen change every 6 days; laundry is charged separately.

Can I have laundry done?

Yes, a laundry service is available, but it is paid separately from the monthly price. Please ask for details and cost when booking.

Can I stay with a pet?

Small, well-behaved dogs are allowed. For a long stay, a fee of €95 per animal per month is added.

Is the estate suitable for remote work?

Yes. Every apartment has free high-speed Wi-Fi, and the internet and sockets keep working during power outages, so work calls and file transfers are not interrupted.

Can I extend my stay or leave earlier?

The minimum stay under this offer is 30 nights, and each following month is paid in advance. You can extend month by month if the apartment is free. Please agree the terms of early departure when booking.

When can I check in?

Check-in is possible on any day from 1 November to 31 March, after 15:00. Please agree the arrival date by phone.
