How many apartments does the estate have?+
The estate has 11 separate apartments of various types: from cozy studios for two to spacious duplexes for families of up to 6. Total estate capacity is up to 50 guests simultaneously.View All Apartments →
What is the capacity of each apartment?+
N8: 2 guests. N6-7: 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults. N1-4, N9: up to 4 people. N5, N10: up to 5 people (6 with surcharge). N11: up to 5 people (6 with surcharge).
Is there heating and a fireplace?+
All apartments have underfloor heating. Some apartments also have a fireplace for extra coziness.
Is there a kitchen in the apartments?+
Every apartment is equipped with a multicooker or microwave (your choice), a kettle, dishware, and a refrigerator. Apartment N8 — the only one with a full kitchen and electric cooktop.

What deposit is required?+
Prepayment for 2 nights to the sole proprietor account (bank transfer). We send the payment details via Viber or Telegram. The balance is paid on arrival.
When is the best time to book for summer?+
Summer bookings start from January-March. July fills up first. We recommend booking as early as possible.
What is the minimum length of stay?+
The minimum stay is 2 nights.

How much does a stay cost?+

Are there discounts?+
Spring discounts (April-May): 7+ nights — 10% off, 10+ nights — 15% off. No discounts in summer. Military discount applies year-round except summer.
How is payment handled?+
Prepayment for 2 nights to the sole proprietor account (bank transfer). We send the payment details via Viber or Telegram after the booking is confirmed. The balance is paid on arrival.

Can I bring children?+

Is the pool safe for children?+

Meals
Are meals included?+

Where is the nearest restaurant?+

Can I order breakfast?+
Yes. "Vatra" Restaurant (Apartel) offers a buffet — 300 ₴ per person, delivered straight to the terrace of your apartment. They will also bring ice cream and drinks to the loungers by the pool.More about dining →
Where to buy groceries?+

Can I cook in the apartment?+

Shayan Mineral Water
Where is the mineral water pump room?+

When is the pool open?+

Is there a children's pool?+
Yes, there is an inflatable children's pool for toddlers on the grounds. The main pool is 1.5 m deep — we recommend armbands for children.

What happens during a power outage?+

Is there parking?+
Yes, private parking with CCTV surveillance is included in the room rate. Each apartment has its own parking space.Parking →
Pets
Can I bring a dog?+
Small well-behaved dogs are allowed: Yorkies, Pomeranians, Chihuahuas, Jack Russells, etc. Large dogs — generally no. Dogs must be kept on a leash. A dog walking area is across the road from the estate.

Check-in & Check-out
What are the check-in and check-out times?+
Check-in after 3:00 PM, check-out by 12:00 PM. You can leave your luggage if needed.
Booking Cancellation
Can I cancel a booking?+
The deposit is non-refundable. However, you can reschedule your dates if you notify us 7 or more days in advance.

The estate is open year-round. Summer — pool, mountain hikes, active recreation. Spring and autumn — mineral waters, tranquility, discounts. Winter — fireplace, heated floors, thermal springs, ski resorts nearby.
